Exchanges (No Returns)
We offer exchanges within 7 days of your purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot accept an exchange request. To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All original packaging and tags must be intact.
If you need to exchange your t-shirt for a different size, please contact our support team at support@machaav.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately with a clear unpacking video showing the issue. We will either send a replacement or, if necessary, offer a refund based on your preference.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Personalized or customized t-shirts
- Items that have been worn or washed
International Orders
For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties or taxes.
Important Notes
- Sale Items: Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Refunds: As we do not accept returns, refunds are only issued in cases of damaged or defective items.
